1. Why our price is so cheap??

We do not own a shop in order to cut down cost. However, you can trust us as we are affiliated with PLC Web Sdn. Bhd.
Moreover, our handphones are direct from supplier to customer and we only earn about RM15 to RM30 for our handphones.

2. Are we selling original phones? Is it legal??
|
We do not sell fake items and what we are selling is 100% Legal. There are no fake handphones in the market, anyway…
However, people normally call our handphones as AP sets. This doesn't mean you are going to buy cheap and low quality things from us. AP means you just need to send your phone back to us when you want to claim your warranty. That's the only difference!
All phones sold in our website is AP Set unless stated otherwise (Original) in the title and descriptions…

3. Some shops never give full package. How about ours??
|
|
Yes. We have heard that usually AP seller will sell their phone with the charger and battery only. As for us, we sell you 100% the same as how it arrives in shipment. If there is a bluetooth headset or memory card shipped together, we give it to you! That's why some shops claim their price is better than ours for certain models.

4. Why we don't have a shop? How to trust us??
|

We can always have a shop if you think that will be better, but that will make our price not as good as what we offer now. We want you to have the best price. We are under a Sdn. Bhd. with a valid registration address. If you face any warranty problems, you can rest assure we are always there for you.

5. How to buy from us??
|
- Call or SMS Billy at 016 - 611 9500 for the latest price.
- You can select either COD payment or have the phone delivered direct to you by Pos Laju after you bank in money to our MayBank account.

6. What is COD payment??
|
Cash On Delivery Payment. If you are in KL or Klang Valley, we can set up an appointment after you place an order. We will bring the phone direct to you BY HAND and you can pay us when you receive the phone in good condition. We prefer this method because we can meet you and add more personal touch to a business deal.
Note: RM10-RM15 will be charged depending on location.

7. How long Pos Laju will take to arrive??
|
If you are in Semenanjung, it will be within a day or two after we deliver. As for Sabah & Sarawak, maximum 4-5 days.
Note: RM10 for Semenanjung and RM15 for Sabah & Sarawak.
